Drunk man caught doing push-ups on top of moving car in Gurugram: Challan issued

In yet another bizarre incident of hooliganism on roads, a man in Gurugram was captured sitting on the top of a moving Maruti Suzuki Alto car, and drinking alcohol from the bottle.
