BMW Group India has announced the introduction of new ‘Retail.NEXT’ dealerships in India, opening doors to the first outlet in Gurugram. The Retail.NEXT dealerships will house BMW, Mini as well as BMW Motorrad products under one roof. BMW aims to upgrade all its existing dealerships across the country to Retail.NEXT in the next three years.
- BMW, Mini, BMW Motorrad products to be available under one roof
- Single entry point for sales and service
BMW Retail.NEXT aims to cater to all kinds of customers for their varying sales and service needs. Layouts of these dealerships include open spaces with minimalist design elements, digital interfaces all around for potential buyers to explore vehicle features, customize their preferences, and receive tailored recommendations, as well as exclusive areas for private consultations and a dedicated vehicle handover lounge.
Along with BMW and Mini cars and BMW Motorrad two-wheelers, the Retail.NEXT dealerships will also have BMW Premium Selection (BPS) - pre-owned cars all present on one consistent flooring with no separation. There will also be a single entry for sales and service, thereby making it easier to navigate.
Other highlights include a bar & lounge area, strategically positioned customer consultation stages, a welcome stand instead of a reception area to remove the barrier between buyers and staff, and seating close to cars. Moreover, the BMW Retail.NEXT outlets will also have DC fast chargers installed for EV owners.
